At Highpoint Industries, safety isn't just a policy - it is a culture.  Every project begins and ends with a commitment to protecting our people, partners, communities, and environment.  We have invested time and resources in a comprehensive Injury and Incident Prevention Program (I2P2) to ensure every jobsite is a safe, healthy, and productive experience for our team.

We take a hybrid approach to safety--combining top-down leadership of the culture and bottom-up empowerment from the teams executing the job at the lowest level

Our safety leadership is certified in their profession by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).  We partner with many agencies to ensure our team is current on industry trends.
